Welcome to FableFlow's Privacy Policy, including its various iterations and subsequent versions, including the FableFlow APP version (hereinafter collectively referred to as “FableFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy is an integral part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Use. You may be prompted to highlight terms that are (potentially) material to your rights and treatment of sensitive personal information by bolding, underlining or other reasonable means. By agreeing to this guideline, you indicate that you have understood and agreed that in the relevant scenarios, we will process your relevant personal information in order to realize the operation of the function. However, this does not mean that we will process all of the personal information covered by this guide as soon as you start using our products and/or services. We will only process personal information about you when you use a particular feature, on a “minimum necessary” basis, in order to fulfill the purpose of providing you with the service.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), our products and services are referred to as the “Services”. FableFlow is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of users of our products and services (“Users” or “You”).

Therefore, this Policy is intended to explain how FableFlow, as the data controller, collects and manages the personal data (also referred to as “personal information” “personal data”) that you share or disclose with us. 1. The types of personal information we collect

Our primary goal in collecting your personal information is to make your experience and that of other users of our products and services more efficient and enjoyable. We strive to create a safe and engaging online environment for all of our users, and the collection of information helps us to achieve this goal. We will follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, minimum necessity, openness and transparency in the collection and use of personal information that you voluntarily provide to us in the course of, or as a result of, using our products and/or services. We will collect and obtain your information in the following ways:

• Information provided by you, for example:
1. Information you provide when you register for a service account or use FableFlow;
2. Information you share with other users through the Services and information you store while using the Services.

Please be aware that other users may collect and use your information if you upload, post or make public your messages in areas where other users can view or respond. If you become aware that other users are improperly collecting or using information about you or others, please contact us as outlined in Section 10, “How to Contact Us” below.

We obtain information about you, such as log information, location information, and device information, which we collect, aggregate, and record when you use the Services.

The purposes for which we collect and use your information include:

• To assist you with registration, login: In order to provide you with our services, you are required to provide basic registration or login information such as mobile phone number (sensitive personal information), verification code match result (sensitive personal information), nickname, gender, birthday, avatar, in order to create an account (username and password). You may also log in to FableFlow using an account on a third-party platform that we support, in which case we will obtain relevant information (e.g., your screen name, avatar) from the third-party account based on your authorization. Accordingly, the personal information you provide above or that we obtain from your third-party platform account with your consent will be used for these purposes in order to provide and perform the Services to you in accordance with our agreements. Without this personal information, we would not be able to provide the Services and you would not be able to log in or use FableFlow.
• Providing Search Services: When you use FableFlow's search function, we collect your search terms, browsing history, browsing time, and frequency of interactions, which helps us to deliver the content you are looking for and the services that may be of greater interest to you.
• Provide calendar-based recording and reminder services: We will list your schedule in your calendar and provide recording and reminder services only when you grant us access to your calendar.
• Protecting Account Security, Service Operation, and Optimizing Service Experience: When using the Service, to help us detect account anomalies, understand product suitability, provide basic services (e.g., browsing, searching), and maintain the smooth operation of basic functions, we may automatically collect, store, and process information about your use of the Service and the way you use it. In order to collect the basic personal device information described above, we may request permission to access your device information. We collect this information in order to provide you with our basic services and features. If you refuse to grant such access, you may not be able to use the Service. Please be aware that Device Information and/or Log Information cannot, by itself, identify a specific individual, and is therefore considered non-personal information in its own right. However, if such non-personal information is combined with other information to identify a specific individual, or is used in conjunction with other personal information, it will be treated as personal information in the process of being combined. In such cases, it will be treated as personal information and protected in accordance with this Policy. Such personal information will be anonymized and de-identified unless otherwise authorized by you or required by applicable law or regulation.
• Provision of Client Server or User Response Services: When you contact us for client server or user response (e.g., inquiries, feedback, suggestions, complaints, etc.), we may ask for personal information that is necessary to match and verify your identity as a user, and to ensure the security of your account and systems. We may store details such as your correspondence/call logs, conversations or contact information for the purpose of contacting you or assisting in the resolution of a problem, or to document the resolution and outcome of a related problem. We therefore process your personal data for these purposes in accordance with our agreement with you. This personal data may also be processed to protect your legitimate interests in obtaining information about your services and other related data from FableFlow.
• Sending you notifications: We may send you service-related notices when necessary (for example, when we suspend a service for system maintenance). If you wish to stop receiving messages from us, you may ask us to do so. However, we may continue to send messages in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Enhancing Our Services: We may invite you to participate in service-related surveys to help us improve our existing services or design new services, and we may use your information to make software updates. Therefore, in order to protect our legitimate interests in enhancing our services, we will process this personal data for this purpose.
• Other Uses of Anonymous Information: You understand and agree that under certain circumstances, after we have collected your information, we will use technical means to de-identify and completely anonymize the data so that it no longer constitutes personal information that relates directly or indirectly to you or others. The de-identified information does not identify or relate to you. In such cases, we reserve the right to use such de-identified information to analyze and monetize our user database. If we intend to use your information for purposes not outlined in this policy, we will ask for your prior consent through page reminders, interactive processes, site announcements, or other means. Once you have given your consent, such additional uses will be considered part of and subject to this Policy.

Exceptions to Authorization: According to relevant laws and regulations, the following circumstances do not require your authorized consent to collect your information: (1) related to the fulfillment of obligations stipulated in applicable laws and regulations; (2) related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests; (3) related to crime investigation, prosecution, adjudication, and execution of judgments; (4) out of the maintenance of your or other individuals' life, property, and other significant legal rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain your consent; (5) when the information collected is publicly disclosed by you; (6) information collected from legal public disclosure channels, such as legal news, governmental disclosure channels; (7) when it is necessary to enter into a contract at your request; (8) when it is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the Services, such as to detect and deal with malfunctions of products or services; (9) when it is necessary to make legal press reports; and (10) For academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research for the purpose of public interest and to de-identify the information contained in the results; (11) In other cases stipulated by laws and regulations.

Protection of Minors: We take the protection of minors' personal information very seriously. If you are a minor under the age of 18, we will not process your personal information until we have obtained your or your guardian's consent. If you are the guardian of a minor, please contact us via the contact details in “10. How to contact us” if you have any questions relating to the personal information of a minor under your guardianship.

3. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

We or our third party partners may access and use your information through COOKIES and WEB BEACON and store this information as log information. By using COOKIES, we provide our users with a simple, user-friendly and personalized web experience. COOKIES are small data files that are sent from a web server to your browser and stored on your computer's hard disk. We use COOKIES to provide benefits to our users, such as speeding up the login process for the FableFlow virtual community, simplifying repetitive steps for you (e.g., registering, logging in), making it easier for you to view your usage history (e.g., video viewing history), providing you with content that is more tailored to your personal needs or of greater interest to you, protecting the security of your information and account, and enhancing our products and services, among other things. COOKIES help us determine your connection to web pages and content, the amount of time you spend on certain services, and the services you choose.

You understand and know that: some of our products/services can only be realized through the use of cookies or similar technologies, if you refuse to use or delete, you may not be able to use our related products and/or services normally or not be able to get the best service experience through our products and/or services, and it may also have some impact on the protection of your information and account security. 4. Potential sharing, transfer or disclosure of information

We may share, transfer or disclose information:

(1) Sharing: We will not share your information with any third party outside of FableFlow without your consent, except to:

1. Provide you with our services. We may share your information with our partners and third parties to enable basic functionality or to provide you with services you need, such as payment services, data services, etc.
2. To maintain and improve our services. We may share your information with our partners and third parties to help us provide you with more targeted and better services.
3. To fulfill the purposes described in Section II, “How Personal Information is Collected and Used”.
4. To fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under this Policy or other agreements between you and us.
5. Shared with third parties, including partners who have entrusted us with their marketing, but we will only provide information related to the reach and effectiveness of the promotional activities and will not provide any information that identifies you.
6. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, to protect us and our affiliates or partners, you, other users or the public interest, property or safety of the community from hazards, such as preventing fraud and other illegal activities, and to reduce credit risk.
7. To assist you in resolving disputes or conflicts with others in accordance with your legal requirements.

The sharing, transmission and public disclosure of de-identified personal information will not be considered as sharing, transmission and public disclosure of personal information in cases where the recipient is unable to re-identify the natural person. We may store and process such data without prior notice or consent from you.

5. Information Security, Procedures for Storing, Retaining and Protecting Information

We strive to provide security for your personal information to prevent leakage, tampering, loss, improper use, unauthorized access and disclosure of personal information. The Service may be linked to social media or other services provided by third parties. You agree that if you use such services, the third parties may collect and process your information directly. We may, in our sole discretion, modify the terms of this Policy. Significant changes will be notified prominently, and such “significant changes” include, but are not limited to:
